We’re looking for someone in good condition, but not overly muscular or athletic.
Must be a personal trainer with PT certificates
Must be aged between 35 and 60
Men and women are both welcome
We’re creating 2 x 10 minute follow-along exercise videos, aimed at 40-60 year olds - think a mum who hasn’t got much time spare and hasn’t worked out for a few years so needs something easy to follow at home.
We’re looking for a PT / fitness expert to help create (choreograph) the videos and then star in them with a relatable “exerciser”.
One video will focus on getting the heart rate up and burning fat (cardio) and the other will focus on strengthening & toning.
